Leadership

Ethan and his wife Emma have been on staff since 2012, coming on part-time initially and moving into full-time in October 2017. Ethan transitioned into Lead Pastor in December of 2020. He is passionate about seeing people live out the text of the Bible and follow Jesus with their whole lives.

Cody joined the HCC staff in March 2019. Cody is the Worship Administrator and oversees the creative direction of Heartland. Cody is passionate about helping people find and use their creative gifts.

Dallas joined the team in 2025. He assists with church operations and oversees the Blessing Bucks Ministry. 

Dave and Elizabeth are passionate, creative, and relational. They love Jesus and they love students. They are consta ntly pushing forward and striving to impact students for the Kingdom.

Anna helps coordinate children’s classrooms, content, and volunteers. She is passionate about creating a safe and fun place for kids to learn and grow closer to Jesus.

Hannah joined the HCC staff in 2026 as the Hospitality Coordinator. She oversees our weekly breakfast, special events, and community outreach events. She is passionate about bringing the community together over a meal, and to see the love of Jesus shared when we serve others.

Hannah has been attending Heartland Community Church since she was 2 years old!
